Content Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This Content Policy explains what you may and may not upload, generate, or process with Pixator (https://pixator.app). It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to follow these rules.
Pixator is a private editing and generation toolkit. We do not host a public feed of user media. You remain responsible for your inputs and for how you use outputs — including any offline sharing.
1. Your responsibilities
You must only upload or process content that you have the rights and permissions to use. That includes consent from people whose faces, voices, or likenesses appear in your media, and licenses for any copyrighted material.
You must not use the Services to create or process content that is illegal where you live, where we operate, or where the content is used.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Services to create, upload, or process:
- Sexual content involving minors. Any sexualization, nudity, exploitation, or abuse of anyone under 18 — including AI-generated or fictional depictions — is strictly prohibited.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.Intimate, sexual, or sexualized imagery of a real person created or edited without that person's consent (including face-swap or likeness misuse) is prohibited.
- Sexual exploitation and abuse of any person.
- Illegal content, including content that facilitates crimes, fraud, trafficking, or other unlawful activity.
- Hate, harassment, and violent extremism intended to threaten, demean, or incite violence against people or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Severe graphic violence or gore used to threaten, glorify real-world harm, or otherwise abuse the platform.
- Privacy invasions, such as processing someone else's personal data or private media without a lawful basis and appropriate rights.
- Deceptive deepfakes for harm, including content designed to impersonate someone for fraud, defamation, or political manipulation without clear disclosure and lawful purpose.
- Malware, phishing, or security attacks against the Services or others.
3. Face, voice, and likeness tools
Tools such as face swap, generative edit, voice, and similar features can alter or synthesize identity. You must have permission from depicted individuals (or another valid legal basis) before using their likeness. Do not use these tools to harass, defame, exploit, or deceive.
4. Regional and model restrictions
Some tools or outputs may be unavailable or filtered depending on applicable law, your location, or third-party model safety systems. Provider filters may block jobs even when content seems allowed under this Policy. We do not guarantee that every lawful request will succeed.
5. Enforcement
We may refuse, interrupt, or remove access to jobs or accounts that appear to violate this Policy or our Terms, with or without notice. We may preserve limited records and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required — especially for reports involving child sexual abuse material or other serious harm.
Pixator does not endorse user content. Responsibility for compliance rests with you. Automated moderation by model providers is helpful but imperfect; it does not shift legal responsibility away from users.
6. Reporting
If you believe content processed through Pixator violates this Policy or the law, email report@pixator.app. Include as much detail as you can (tool used, approximate time, description of the issue). Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as urgent.
General product support belongs at contact@pixator.app.
7. Updates
We may update this Content Policy at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
